We had been traveling and we went to stop in personal lunch and we made a mistake of ordering the sandwich. We didn't know it had horseradish on it. The staff was attentive to fix the order without the horseradish and they were very nice speed of service was on point and they were very professional and didn't argue with us about getting the order fixed or replaced or whatever it was again, it was our fault for ordering a sandwich that had a horseradish on it, not paying attention....read full review
I went to Jimmy Johns 2 days ago the one closest to my home over on slide rd and had a really good #9 which is the ultimate Italian and it was delicious I ate inside the shop and definitely loved the atmosphere and the Staff is awesome and very kind.this place is really great I will be coming for lunch more often.
I had my food delivered at South plains Mall and I couldn't believe how fast the delivery was, and how nice the delivery driver was She had a positive attitude and smiled a lot which was refreshing.My Meal was perfection at its finest I will definitely be visiting this location on Slide road again.
