Thank you Chef Antonio. That was simply Amazing!
I enjoyed the Sotol Salmon and Shrimp. The orange and grapefruit salad underneath was delicious and refreshing too. It would be a crime not to enjoy it as it pairs perfectly with the meal.
If you happen to get Shelby as your server, you’ll enjoy the perfect meal. Mine was finished off with the key lime pie. I’m one happy patron!
We have always enjoyed date nights here. This year we went for the Mother’s Day brunch and it was impressive. The execution was exemplary. To be able to dish out grade A dishes in a buffet setting is a challenge. Antonio and his team did this and made it look easy.
Not a pleasant experience.

French toast should not have char and then plated with the char side down, seemingly to hide it?
