I don't think the customer service here is good, they are not friendly and does not seem knowledgeable about the orders until I pointed at the menu. I bought 2 boxes of bagels today to bring home . It supposed to be 19 bagels, she did NOT let me pick what flavors i want, and it turned out only 17 when i came home, while I already asked "is it 19 in here?" The schmear in the little cheap plastic containers, and the bagels were not cut! Definitely not happy!!! Its so convenient...read full review

I love coming here! They have the best service and they are so kind. I really get coffee from here every single day. I love their coffee but their bagels are not the best here. But still great
