The outside looks old but the inside is super nice looking and clean. The staff really care about the customer. I highly recommend the deep fried poblano pepper filled with meat and cheese! Great food and great service. So far this is the only nice Mexican restaurants have found in Lubbock.
I don't normally think too much of Mexican food but the pleasant smell from outside the building drew me in. ^^; Upon stepping in, the staff was very helpful, kind, and patient when I was attempting to fully decipher the menu. The place was nice and clean, there televisions in the room, and the very atmosphere was quiet, perfect for a shy guy like me! There were even complimentary chips and salsa which were tasty when paired together. Just be careful though, that salsa isn't mild!...read full review

My second time there. Mind you, I ordered the same thing, so worth it. I can't say enough how good their green salsa is. Your greeted with a smile and taken good care of throughout your stay. Love them!!
