I suggest no one go here and do what they can to put these workers and franchise owner out of business. Here is how they operate. IF you order online, and leave the suggested tip - you might get your sauce. I cant tell you how many times I leave these locations with no sauce on my burger
Next, if you leave no tip at all, they will ruin your food. Ive ran this experiment so many times and its always the same song and dance. Make them go out of business - they really want it by their actions. Merry Xmas.

When you pay $21 for a burger and fries they need to be perfect. I was the only customer in the store. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Buns were ice cold and not toasted, straight out of the bag. Cheese was ice cold not melted. No mayonnaise, got three pickes. When these burgers are made with some sort of effort they are the best you can get. When the employees put in zero effort they are horrible. Management needs to step up.

Love 5 guys, great place been coming here for years. Always a great burger always a great place to go. The cheese burger is the signature and the fries are always plenty of them. Employees, are great
The burger is good and so is the drink but thts about it. Customer service was poorly executed as I waited for my food to go they just ignored me and there was nobody else in the store they never reassured me tht my food was almost ready or any type of acknowledgment. The fries were horrible and to make matters worse they threw the fries in the bag and not into individual packs. So I won't be coming back ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ¥±
