Great food, get the roughneck pie if u manage to get it. inconsistent hours, literally cancelled uber eats orders multiple times once 2 hours before close, and twice an hour and a half before close now

I'll start this off by saying that I had an issue with my order, however the manager Derrick went above and beyond to fix the order. He remade it and offered his sincerest apologies as well as just talking over everything with me. He truly does care for the business and holds high expectations for his establishment. This was our first time to try Mac's and I must say the first impression was not return worthy. I called to place a pick up order and was told to 'hang on while I go get a pen/paper'. Order was taken by a female employee who told me to give them 15' to get it ready. When we arrived about 715 pm, there was no one in the drive thru and 2 cars in the lot.
