Paint Rock Coffee Co. is a beautiful, outstanding, and fabulous coffee shop. The ambience both indoors and outdoors is great, with an incredibly cute interior featuring a mural, hanging chairs, and cute decor. It is clean, quiet, and not too loud, making it a cute place to hang out or focus on homework. There is plenty of seating and easy parking.
The coffee is superb, made with great care and attention. There is a wide variety of non-coffee options and an exceptional number of syrup options, including many sugar-free choices. The bakery food is tasty but light, with a wide variety of pastries that all look fresh. Specific items like the Girl Scout mint mocha, strawberry smoothly, lemon blueberry muffin, cowboy cookie, and the Hang Loose drink are all delicious. They also make their own tacos in house.
The staff is phenomenal, super nice, and friendly. There is never much of a wait. This is the best coffee shop for many, and it is highly recommended.
