Tech Cafe in Lubbock offers the best traditional breakfast with fast, delicious food "just like grandma does it." The staff is absolutely the best, with ladies like Angelica who is awesome and makes guests feel right at home, and Bianca who provided amazing service even when slammed. The food is tasty, with highlights including biscuits and gravy (gravy was spot on), TX nachos, and a Philly sandwich with spicy fries. The menu is on the table for easy browsing. Prices can't be beat and are amazing for the portioning. Service is friendly and prompt, though some meals can be slow from the kitchen. Guests seat themselves; a small counter is available. The parking lot is often packed, a good sign. The restaurant is clean, warm, and friendly. Bills are paid at the counter, and there is a fee for credit/debit cards, so bringing cash is recommended.
