“They mess up my order frequently. I remember 3 specific times I had to return to pick up missing chicken or sides. I now check my order so that I don't have to come back on a 15 minute drive to pick up omissions from my order.

I was a bit Leary to go in and eat because if you can’t keep the entryway to your business clean it makes me wonder what else is not cleaned. With that said, I did go in and order! “Today was my first time trying this place! I had a 50% off promo on Doordash and was really craving a chicken salad sandwich, but I didn't have the ingredients or time. It was so delish! I loved the sandwich and cookie and my toddler really enjoyed it too! I love how the meal is served with an extra scoop of chicken salad, crackers, a pickle spear, and a cookie. I will be returning.“

“Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-a. Staff at this location have always been friendly. Only minor complaint is that during busy peak hours, like lunch, the drive through and parking lot get really backed up and can have a line of cars that lead out onto the street. This can make it difficult to get in line or even enter the lot to try and dine in, but otherwise no other complaints!“

“I came to this chic fil a for the first time in my life and have never experienced anything like it. Customer service was astronomical and out of this world. There was this blonde white boy with insane swag "John Estes" that served me my food (he's kinda cute) and he made me feel special. “Food and drive thru are always great but customer experience was lacking today. Had a good size carry out order for the office today and I FAILED to check bags before leaving. Arrived back at office, unloaded the items and delivered the contents to all 9 staff members. Once complete and all empty bags were disposed of, I was missing 3 cookies. Most days not worth the trip back, but I didn't want to fail this employee that ordered them. I returned and advised the manager. Manager walks down the line and gets cookies while discussing something with another employee. On his return, I was advised that the employee was certain they added the cookies and that "this time" I would be allowed to have the replacement cookies. A solid implication I was not telling the truth. Any common sense by someone that's entrusted to manage an office of that scope, it's unlikely a customer is going to take food all the way back to their office, give an office full of people their food, let their food get cold and come back to con Chik Fil A out of 3 cookies. Chalk it up to a busy afternoon lunch rush. The cliche customer is always right is not always the case by any means, but management should be better prepared to avoid implying a customer is lying under these types of circumstances.“

My kids love the little books they give with the kids meals but lately it seems they are just giving out the games cards even though you put 3 and under for the toy. The cards just get thrown away cause they are too little to know how to use them. I asked Carrie ,who was going around seeing if anyone needed anything, to see if there was any way she could get them those little books. She didn’t say she would but that she was going to try. She did ended up getting them and my kids were so happy to finally get one! They have about 15 at home but they love them. Thank you Carrie for going above and beyond to put a smile on their face!“

“My visit to Raising Canes could not have been better. At least that’s what I wish I could say. You see there were just a few unacceptable hiccups along the way that just doesn’t quite earn this exquisite dining environment the 5 star Gilded-Fork-Award so desired. For starters there was no lemonade by the beverage station. While normally this would knock off at least a star in itself, my boy Jose clutched up immediately offering me my non negotiable beverage choice (The Arnold Palmer). I’m addition to this mishap I exchanged the barf in a cup (coleslaw) for extra fries. Now while ordinarily the extra French fry quantity unit is incredibly difficult to measure, I (like always) had my grade-A food scale handy. Now by weighing my fry selection and comparing it to the mass of my colleagues pile of potatoes (he opted for the extra sauce exchange) we found that I only received 12.6g more French fry. Absolutely unacceptable. Due to the unfortunate errors listed above I have no choice but to give this select Canes an impressive yet imperfect 4.2 stars.“

“Enjoy this Chick-fil-a quite a bit and often is my go-to choice for a quick lunch. Usually good attitudes and service. Had to downgrade after multiple visits have resulted in missing items in my order or getting handed the wrong order due to drive through lanes trying to merge in the wrong order.“
