“I went to DQ in Lumberton last night. My order took a little longer than expected. The manager noticed me waiting to the side and came to check on me. I gave her my receipt and she was upset I had been waiting 30 minutes. She immediately went to the back and checked on my order. The order was brought out hot and fresh and let’s just say she made it right. Everyone was working hard and sometimes things just happen. Lumberton DQ rocks. I’ll be back. Great customer service every time.“

“We were passing through on a Saturday [August 19, 2023], and I noticed this Baskin Robin's. I remember Baskin Robin's as a kid. I was so excited. My entire family went inside with three other families. The employees were all nice. We enjoyed our treats. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Thank you to those two lovely young women who were working behind the counter. You are all doing a great job!!“

“You can't go wrong with Sonic. I had ordered some drinks and they even made a drink my sister wanted that was not on the menu. Thats accomodating! Thanks Sonic!!!I wanted to add something...this very same Sonic has been around for many years. Its kind of a tradition as a few other local places are, to have the High School kids work there. It gives them the opportunity to learn about having a job and develop skills in customer service. After looking at some of the reviews people post on here...I just want to say that we as the adult (and some that worked there themselves) need to take that into consideration. This is our future and how they develop their skills depends on us. So if you have a issue with something you get...kindly tell the young lady or man and give them the opportunity to fix it. Also don't forget to tip. I noticed a lot of people don't anymore but just because they aren't on skates anymore doesn't mean they aren't out there busting their butts in this heat so they can learn. Alot of them have never cooked a meal before this job I'm sure. Show them support and encouragement and you will likely be impressed by the change. P.S. if that dont work then call me...I will go do a Chef Ramsey on them. Lol“

“Parkdale Mall has been in constant change since it was first built. It has expanded to where people refer to it as 'the old mall' and 'the new part' if they've been around long. There is a variety of stores to choose from, a food mall, and of course, the larger retail stores. There are plenty of kiosks in the centers of the aisles. Parking is good and security is always on site. With new stores coming and going on a fairly consistent basis, you're bound to find whatever it is you're looking for. There's a website with a map and list of stores, so you can plan your trip ahead of time. Lots of entry areas make it easy to go to the stores you want without a lot of walking. I've grown up with this mall and watch it continue to grow, as well.“

We can't rate Silsbee Dairy Queen high enough with the stars ... Because the rating don't give enough stars as this Silsbee Dairy Queen needs .
Our waitress was Heather Bartlett... She's a very out standing & out going waitress . She DEFINITELY makes SURE we got what we ordered .
She EXTREMELY knows how to make blizzards the way the blizzards SHOULD taste like . She's DEFINITELY EXTREMELY pleasant waitress. Dairy Queen definitely needs to keep her on the shifts . Dairy Queen definitely needs to keep their parmesan chicken strip basket. Their parmesan chicken strip basket is EXTREMELY DELICIOUS.
We were EXTREMELY PLEASED with Dairy Queen in Silsbee , Texas .
But one suggestion to Silsbee Texas Dairy Queen is they need to remodel their bathroom s to be assist handicap and there needs to be another handicap ramp .
