“HATE HATE HATE HOW LOUD THE MUSIC IS!!!! Can not stress this enough!!! They make it so loud you can’t hear anyone, even the person sitting right next to you. So unnecessary! The food is amazing. The drinks are amazing but the music being so loud ruins everything!!! Would never bring friends, family or anyone to enjoy dinner with us because there is no space to enjoy it because of how loud the music is. Warning if you come wear ear plugs!!! The levels are damaging to your ears!!!“

“I come here often , I love their chip selection. They actually have the one’s I like and they are all fresh . Every time I come in I’m greeted with nice hey’s and they are all helpful when I need help finding something or getting feedback on a product. I recommend that you go there. They have nice service“

“I think our waitress was overwhelmed or forgot we had ordered food. But, we were finishing up a game of pool and planned to leave. So we requested to cancel the food order as it had already been almost 20 mins (if not more. Idk how long before we actually ordered) The manager looked at the time from when the server put in the order and decided not to allow us to cancel because the food was done and it had only been 19 mins and that's normal. We were visiting from out of town. So it's not like we will be repeat customers. But, I would say the way it was handled felt unprofessional. The food was old and had sat in the window for a while. We were not there to argue. So we went about the rest of our game and left.

I would just venture to say that it could have been handled better. Instead my friends felt it was met with attitude. The only time we saw our server was when she took the order for the 1 drink and food. No refills or anything after that until she was approached to cancel. Again it was busy in there. I have been a server at many different establishments. I get it.. The manager should have stepped in to talk to us instead of sending the waitress to say her manager is not taking it off because 19mins isn't a long time. So again not a bad place. Didn't wait long for a table or anything. We enjoyed the environment.“

“The bartenders are always on point with service, they are funny & very welcoming. They have a good variety of drinks and I just found out they have chilled coffee! I love to go there and play their Firelink games, so much fun! I had an issue with the money machine one time and the owner was just so super sweet and checked it out for me. The place is always clean and smells great! The atmosphere is unbelievably fun with a great variety of music being played on their digital jukebox. There is no food served there anymore, so I cannot leave review on that. Everything else is fantastic!“

“It was our 1st time here... we belong to the Houston Chiefs fans group and we meet weekly, because of Thanksgiving, we were in Austin. Looks like we found our spot when we are in Austin. Great crowd, great food, lots of tvs and fun. We will be back.“

“Fairways Cantina is one of Austin’s hidden gems. The food is SO good! We had the Happy Gilmore tacos and the Merry Mex tacos, and both were delicious! The avocado ranch sauce is pretty spicy, but so tasty! The chips were even better than Chuy’s, and the guacamole may have been the best I’ve ever had — and that’s really saying something because I’ve had more guacamole than I could ever measure! My granddaughter and her friend had the chicken and cheese quesadilla, and they loved it. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind — and provide super-personal and caring service. The eating area is comfortable, clean, and very cozy. The view of the golf course out the windows — even on a cold winter’s day in February — was lovely amd relaxing. On a warmer day, we would’ve eaten outside at one of the tables on the spacious verandah. Maybe next time!
