“I stopped by First Watch for the first time to have brunch. I ended up ordering the Italian Poblano sausage skillet with scrambled eggs. It came with a side of mixed fruit and multigrain toast and jam. I was feeling adventurous, so I got a mimosa. The skillet was hot and fresh, and a nice sized serving… and the mimosa had me feeling mighty fine. ☺️ I will be returning to try some of their other menu items. I recommend this spot.“

“This is the only location that I go to because they can do a poached egg exactly like I like it. I don't eat fried or scramble eggs. I like that mgmt. goes to each table to see if everything is okay with your order and you as well. Excellent and friendly customer service. I always get the 55+ meals.“

Today I sat at the bar top and watched these magicians make dozens of plates by memory and markers like a ketchup packet or jelly to signify what goes in the plate. Absolutely mind blown.
