“My husband and I got the Too Good to Go meal bags, which contained jollof rice today. I was able to talk to the chef, who is super nice and friendly, for a bit. My husband and I both absolutely loved the food! It's so flavorful and has kind of a smokey undertone and spice that slowly builds. We will absolutely go back and actually eat inside the restaurant to try more things!
One note: it was pretty chilly in there, so bring a jacket.“

“We had the best waitress! She introduced herself as Red & worked the bar area. We were having a bad day & she helped cheer us up. She makes a great Painkiller! Would love to sit in her area if we were to visit again but we are not from this area unfortunately.“

“Had an amazing experience here ESPECIALLY because of Mallory's excellent hospitality. This young lady is new here but you can't tell! Whatever issues you might have, she goes above and beyond to find the solution. I had the spaghetti lasagna thingy which was so good! I added two helpings of steamed 🥦 and OMG THE BEST broccoli I've ever had! It's soft and buttery! We had several shots and a cheesecake for dessert. Thx Mal and good luck with all your endeavors“

“Ate breakfast here this morning food was good, service was slow but the shocker was seeing a "food tax" fee on my bill. No signage at entrance displaying an announcement of this new "fee". Cashier couldn't explain what it was for, why not raise your prices instead of sneaking this onto people's bill? Seems dishonest to me....“
