Whataburger sucks now.. take forever. People that work there don’t care. Food is mediocre. Service is so slow. Go to In-n-Out. Better food and better people.
They can improve a lot the drive thru service.
Every single person I encounter from the person taking my order to the person handing it to me, every single time is always so kind and patient. The food is always hot and fresh and they never forget the ketchup. Thank you 😊

Orders may occasionally be incorrect, but they will make it right. The chicken tenders and fries are consistently good, and their breakfast pancakes are light and fluffy. Be prepared to wait, as the delivery time can be slow and excessive, whether dining in or using the drive-thru.
