“Absolutely delicious. I got the general chicken with fried rice and 2 egg rolls.

I have to start off by saying it was the best fried rice I've ever had from a restaurant. The rice was soft, and just a little chewy, not overly mushy or crunchy, cooked just right. The flavor was lightly sweet and eggy, unlike the fried rice I have had from other places that was dry and drowned in overpowering soy sauce. It was great both on its own and paired with the chicken.

And now the general chicken itself was perfect. The meat was juicy and tender, there was plenty of veggies (I especially loved the crispness of the water chestnuts), and the sauce was spicy and full of flavor; it tasted a bit like sriracha.

The dinner meal portion size was very generous, too. I didn't take a picture because I was not expecting to leave a review, but I was starting to feel full halfway through it.

The wait for my food was on the longer side, but I know that's because it was being made fresh, and the wait staff was very friendly and kept me updated.

All in all, I am 100 percent coming back, and I am telling my friends and family.“

“This place is absolute GAS. Same owners as the downtown location, where I grew up eating. I come here multiple times a week and the biggest thing for me is consistency. I want the same thing every time I come, and I haven’t been to the location downtown in a year or two but one of the owners introduced themself to me and said they want the same food you get here down there. “Not sure on the atmosphere. But the food absolutely kicked ass. Got some pork Vietnamese egg rolls. A pork bahn MI and a chicken and broken rice plate. Bahn mi wasn't the most filled meat wise but it was less than 5$ and the flavor was there. It was missing cilantro though but I ordered semi late. Egg rolls were good but least favorite of the meal but again I think they were like 3-4$ and they absolutely were good just compared to everything else it shined the least. The chicken and broken rice is the absolute star of the show what an insane value. My wife already said it's going to be her new obsession. Thanks Pho ViVi. You got a new regular.“
