I’m not mentioning this as a complaint, but rather to commend the supervisor; even though it wasn't his job, he provided excellent service—he practically handled 80% of it himself—and I didn't get a chance to thank him. “My son and I have been coming to this location for years and we've always loved the atmosphere and food. But tonight they really blew us away with their customer service! After a long night and a rough soccer match my son just wanted some pizza and they left off an ingredient..I told them we could just add it to the top but they insisted on making us a whole new pizza and letting us keep the other one! “This place is absolute GAS. Same owners as the downtown location, where I grew up eating. I come here multiple times a week and the biggest thing for me is consistency. I want the same thing every time I come, and I haven’t been to the location downtown in a year or two but one of the owners introduced themself to me and said they want the same food you get here down there. I’m curious to see the comparison. I believe it to be true considering the consistency here. Great spot, I’m a Lifer at Pho Saigon without a doubt….“

“Not sure on the atmosphere. But the food absolutely kicked ass. Got some pork Vietnamese egg rolls. A pork bahn MI and a chicken and broken rice plate. Bahn mi wasn't the most filled meat wise but it was less than 5$ and the flavor was there. It was missing cilantro though but I ordered semi late. Egg rolls were good but least favorite of the meal but again I think they were like 3-4$ and they absolutely were good just compared to everything else it shined the least. The chicken and broken rice is the absolute star of the show what an insane value. My wife already said it's going to be her new obsession. Thanks Pho ViVi. You got a new regular.“

“I came here a couple of weeks ago and forgot to write a review. The food was absolutely amazing. Super hot and fresh! I got the veggie omelette with egg whites and no onions and some fruit. The omelette was so wonderfully made and it was so big and the fruit was all fresh!! The service was great too. The server was really attentive.
