“I came through Mason as part of a long bikepacking trip. We expected a food truck at the icehouse but it didn't show. THESE LADIES...they whipped up food for 30 very hungry cyclists without breaking a sweat. Sausage wrap? HELL YEAH. The fries? SO GOOD. They ran out of the chili cheese fries but man they looked freaking good. YOU HAVE CANDY AND BEER?! I thanked the Gods for these ladies as I ate my PB cups in my tent at midnight. This place is a gem. If you come anywhere near Mason or if you don't, go out of your way to go to James River Icehouse.“
