La Copa Joe is a wonderful little place managed by a wonderful lady. The coffee is great, and the bagel with Lox and cream cheese is to die for. The food is outstanding, and the people are super nice. The espresso is outstanding, the service is great, and they even have a delicious strawberry cheesecake muffin. La Copa Joe is a hidden gem with delicious fresh baked muffins and Macchiatos. They offer plenty of free parking, clean bathrooms, and even a drive-thru for quick pick-ups. It's a true local hidden gem with friendly staff and a welcoming owner. If you're in Mason Texas, be sure to visit La Copa Joe!
