When in the valley, this is one of my go to's for Mexican food. I love the bean and cheese nachos. Generous portion of bean and cheese deliciousness. My husband ordered the Koko special this time and commented on the small tender chunks of fajita wrapped in a soft, fresh, flour tortilla. So good.
First time I have been to Koko's and have been disappointed. When our server got our drink order, we asked for the cheese dip. We had to remind him a couple of times, never did bring it, he went to lunch instead. Very disappointed in the

It's been way too long since we've eaten here and the food is just as good as we remember. All staff we encountered were very friendly. We were greeted when we walked in, immediately shown to a table, and Amado, our server, walked up to take our drink order. I ordered the Mexican plate and husband had the cheese enchilada plate. Food was excellent and this was a very good experience. As we left, one of the staff held the door for us and thanked us for coming.
