I went for lunch today and while standing in line 2 guest before us had there orders wrong and cashier was so confused like she didn’t know what she was doing. The gentleman before my daughter ordered 2 strip meal and got a spicy chicken sandwich and returned it to cashier and the cashier said oh no that’s Carlas which was my daughters order and they literally closed up the sandwich and try to give it to my daughter!!!
