I will never come to any snowball express ever again. Since I didn’t have cash, they wanted to charge me a processing fee. I get it most locations do that. But they didn’t advise me that they were going to. I asked her my card back. Person that attended me at the window didn’t even look at me while trying to give me my car back and dropped it under the building. Another employee had to come outside and get it for me. Only come here if you have 30+min to spare to wait for your order. I placed an order for 1 snow cone and chips and was waiting for 30min and they only had 2 other cars waiting. I asked the person how much longer it would take after 17min and she stated I was up next yet took another 15min.

no valen ver g@ NONE of their snacks is worth waiting more than an hour for. chin gos stuck in there and all useless. IT TOOK HALF AN HOUR TO TAKE THE ORDER AND more than half an hour to give us 4 pin ches raspas and chicharrones with sauce. I also saw a lot of people waiting there since we arrived and they left 5 minutes before us.
