El Pollo Loco offers a mix of opinions from customers. While some enjoy the chicken dishes, others find the portions small and overpriced. The restaurant has a clean environment with friendly staff, although some have experienced issues with burnt and dry chicken. The freshly remodeled look is appealing, but some feel that the quality of food does not always meet expectations. Customers have varying experiences with the service, with some encountering difficulties in simple math when it comes to payments. Overall, El Pollo Loco provides a range of chicken dishes, but opinions on portion sizes, prices, and food quality may differ.
