I am writing to formally report ongoing issues with customer service at this Burger King location. On multiple visits, I have encountered the same female employee who consistently displays a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude toward customers.

Rude and very aggressive employees. Second time we go and they only take cash then they refuse to give you a receipt. This place needs to shut down or be sold to new owners.
