She was attentive without being intrusive, made sure everything was just right, and handled every request with patience and grace. The manager is also in there to attend which is rare now days in many places but he is working just as hard as anyone else in there

“Had a vacation with my friends and we flew into dallas on the way home and after a day of rough flights and delays- we wanted one thing and that was some pizza and wings. We googled pizza places and looked for some options and fell upon Zio Al’s. We called to place an order, paid over the phone and headed to the store. When we got to the store they couldn’t find the order- we quickly found out that someone called the wrong location to place their order. Feeling defeated, the manager was kind and helpful and still made our order at the location we were at. In a short 15 minutes we were given probably the best pizza i have ever eaten!! We ordered the supreme pizza, the signature, and two orders of wings and Oh My Gosh the absolute best!!! Will be going there again next time we are in dallas. “Enjoyed this location for the first time yesterday (Friday the 13th!). I’m quite certain it was the owner who helped us out. He was very gracious and friendly. Two of us arrived at 4pm, just before the 5pm buffet time started (which we didn’t realize until arriving), but he so kindly offered to fire up some pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks for us anyway, even though we would’ve been fine ordering non-buffet style. Overall a great experience. We will be back often. Love the pizza, the service, and we want to see his restaurant succeed and grow during these hard economic times. Go get some 🍕🍕🍕❗️😋“

“I really like Chicken Express, as does my whole family. I love the fact that it's a fast food chicken place that also serves catfish, all the time. You can't go wrong ordering either one.The chicken comes either on the bone or as chicken fingers. The catfish is all filets. The chicken and fish are 5 star level. The fried okra and hushpuppies are great too. The other sides are just ok. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that none of the food feels healthy at all. The corn on the cob is always kinda mushy and overcooked. The green beans are ok. I know that most fast food chicken places feel super greasy, but most others have large salads and other sides to add a little bit of something healthy as an option. They don't really.“
