“I was just here today. I put an online order for a frappe. About a minute after placing the order my order was prepared I couldn’t believe it as I usually visit the Macdonald’s in Melissa where they take forever when it comes to prepare online orders. The ladies who prepare my order were beyond kind. Great customer service.“

“Look, I walked in expecting the usual: sticky floors, questionable fries, and a Coke machine that tastes like sadness. Instead this McDonald’s is so clean I thought I’d accidentally wandered into a hospital lobby. I half expected someone to offer me hand sanitizer before I ordered.

Whoever’s manning the grill back there deserves a Michelin star—or at least a better hourly wage.“

“Clean McDonalds with small area for sitting - no children play area. The bathroom was clean and seating arrangement is kept well maintained. The food service and speed is okay. They gave kiosks inside for quick self order. Courteous employees and ample parking outside. Nice location on top of US-380 and opposite to the Baylor hospital.“

“I'm the kind of person who can't leave less than a five star review, so I don't review many places.

This McDonald’s, though, really deserves five stars. The difference between this location and many others we’ve been to is honestly surprising.

We used to live nearby and recently stopped in again while we were in the area. It immediately reminded us how well this place is run. It was clean, the employees were friendly and professional, and everything just felt well-run.

The McDonald’s locations closer to our current home don’t give the same experience at all. Service at those places ranges from unremarkable to unfriendly in comparison. Those locations are also less clean and have consistent issues correctly filling our orders.

This location REALLY stands out. Great job to the whole team!“

“Let me tell you about a guy who took care of me at one of my most scariest moments. I suffer with low blood sugar and was having a very bad moment late at night, they had the walk up window shut down and a ton of cars in the drive-thru, in a panic I went to the walk-up and rang the bell, Demetrius told me the walk up line was closed but still asked me what I needed. I just told him a small fry would be enough to pull me out of my moment, he came back with two small fries and gave them to me on the house. I asked to pay for them but he insisted. This moment of kindness may not have been a big deal for Demetrius who obviously has a huge heart but to me in a very vulnerable moment it goes a long way. I still can’t believe he stopped in the middle of such a busy rush to tend to me, he needs a raise or promotion McDonalds!!! Thank you for taking care of me ❤️❤️“
