If you’re looking for a spot that actually stands by their service, the Wendy’s at Lake Forest and University is it.
I had an issue with an incorrect order yesterday, but when I went back today, Brandon handled everything perfectly. He was professional, efficient, and remade the order without any hassle. It’s rare to see someone take that kind of ownership to make things right, and he really turned the experience around.
The food was fresh and the service was top-notch. Big shoutout to Brandon for the great attitude and for taking care of me!“
“People here are ALWAYS nice and kind. Your food will be guaranteed FRESH! I ordered a 10pc nugget meal, and was told by miss April that food will always be fresh and she didn’t disappoint. Shanetta, the woman with the pink braids also said this and they BOTH DIDNT DISAPPOINT!! April made my frosty exactly to my liking, no hassle. She got those nuggets and fries out quick too. Top tier women. Both smiling and happy to serve. I will be coming back.“
“I love Wendy’s in general, the food itself and the items offered, Frostys and their fries. Occasionally I get a discount and eat a Whataburger or something else, and I’m reminded why I normally go to Wendy’s. Prices are up everywhere, but Wendy’s is still pretty reasonable. I order my burgers modified and Wendy’s has NEVER messed up my order. Baconator with jalapeños and onions for example.

“Overall, the experience was good. However, I had to wait too long to be assisted. There was no one at the counter and the store seemed empty, even though I could hear the staff working in the back. I believe the experience would have been different if at least someone had come out to greet me and let me know that I needed to wait for a moment. The store was clean and the food looked fresh.“
