If you’re looking for a spot that actually stands by their service, the Wendy’s at Lake Forest and University is it.
I had an issue with an incorrect order yesterday, but when I went back today, Brandon handled everything perfectly. He was professional, efficient, and remade the order without any hassle. It’s rare to see someone take that kind of ownership to make things right, and he really turned the experience around.
The food was fresh and the service was top-notch. Big shoutout to Brandon for the great attitude and for taking care of me!“
“I really enjoyed this place but have only been there once. I’ve had better Thai but this is definitely better than anything I’ve had in McKinney. We drove 20 mins + to go and it was worth it. If I try more dishes, I’m hoping this place can be a Thai “go to.” Atmosphere is nice compared to most Thai spots as well. It’s more upscale. The meal and dessert were great but I want to try the curry spiced dish next time.“
“I love Wendy’s in general, the food itself and the items offered, Frostys and their fries. Occasionally I get a discount and eat a Whataburger or something else, and I’m reminded why I normally go to Wendy’s. Prices are up everywhere, but Wendy’s is still pretty reasonable. I order my burgers modified and Wendy’s has NEVER messed up my order. Baconator with jalapeños and onions for example.

“Stopped by Wendy’s in McKinney and had a great experience! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly right. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean and well kept. My order came out fast even during a busy time. Definitely one of the better Wendy’s locations around — I’ll definitely be coming back!“
