“Growing up, my parents only bought Pizza Hut for celebratory occasions, so it always has a soft spot in my heart. I saw they had a Personal Pan Pizza special on Tuesday so I ordered online for pick up and it was very quick and convenient. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes! I went a little crazy and maxed out on the toppings and they were all there and baked to perfection without it being super soggy. The pizza crust was also nice and crispy!“

“My daughter and I came here famished while in a rush. The service was absolutely impeccable. The man here whipped us up two absolutely scrumptious sandwiches within 6 minutes and made our day. Best shawarma ever tied with best service ever. 10/10 do recommend and would love to come back again.“

It's boneless wings with whichever sauce you choose, and they weren't crunchy but the sauce was good, and the chicken was okay, nothing special. Overall, I feel it's nice to have a halal wing spot, and even the prices were good, but nothing amazing.“

“I stopped by Spice Wings Fry Rd today and had such a great experience! The food was fresh, hot, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve.
The service was excellent and everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was also very comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to actually sit down, relax, and enjoy your meal.
Overall, I was very impressed with my visit.

“My husband and I tried Sienna Wings tonight. We tried flavors spice it up and the bay, both were delicious. So good that I don't have any pictures of the wings. The dirty fries were good as well. The wings came with a lemon, we've never tried lemon on our wings but they were bomb with and without. They were so good I forgot I had ranch with my order! Definitely worth a try. If flavor is too much for you, please stay away. Very well seasoned and sauced.“

“I had a great experience at bb.q Chicken Bellaire! The chicken was very fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. I ordered the Honey Garlic and Soy Garlic wings. Both were definitely very delicious. “Being from NYC & stationed at Many Army posts. this was the " WORST". Wings skin was NOT cripsy. Waffle fries were SOGGY UNDERCOOKED. Asked for HOT BUFFALO, got mild with a STRONG vinegar taste. if you are going to charge $22, should be better than Wingstop. Wow, i should have went to Wingstop for $ 16. I got a concussion recently and they let me sit in a closed off area that’s far away from the other tables and i was still given great service. nice manager too. i’ve been going here for birthdays since this place has opened and i love it here. i recommend the gold rush sauce and Ava recommended the gochujang and that was really good too.“

“The fresh mango slushy with poppy lychee boba is to die for. Came back and tried the Earl grey Milk tea with brown sugar boba and once again was impressed. Most boba places offer a small snack menu but not this place. they have a large menu to choose from and it's delicious!!!! Even their chicken nuggets were so crispy. I must say their cajun rice is my favorite so far. I will definitely recommend to my friends.“

“I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.“

“When I first entered the store they had someone handing out samples, I didn’t get her name but she was a nice young woman. I didn’t a lap around the Walmart and ended up coming back for more and Mr. Guillermo was my cashier, really cool dude. All around a good experience, waiting for my food now!“

“This was the first time I was ever disappointed in Pluckers. The music in any Pluckers I've eaten at is always way too loud. The waitress could barely hear to take our order and having a conversation without raising your voice is almost impossible. I'm kind of used to it there though. What disappointed me was everyone's chicken was overcooked. I ordered 10 flats...brought 7 home. My husband didn't finish his tenders, my grandchildren barely touched their food and my granddaughter LOVES chicken nuggets of any kind. They did enjoy the cheesesticks. I love Pluckers, we go there often and although we were disappointed this time...we will go back. Just maybe not to this Katy location.

Update: Stopped in Katy again. Everything was perfect. Nothing was overcooked. My wings were delicious as were my husband's. The noise level was much much better. We will be sure to stop again. 🙂“

“Ever since I moved nearby, this has been my go-to Pizza Hut, and they've been consistently awesome. The food is always hot, the orders are accurate, and the service is exactly why I keep coming back.
I especially wanted to recognize Drew. He's been a familiar face ever since I started coming here, and every interaction has been genuinely positive. He's always welcoming, has a smile on his face, and goes out of his way to make customers feel appreciated. It's clear he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find.
The rest of the team deserves credit too. Everyone is friendly, professional, and works hard to make sure orders are made correctly and on time. You can tell there's a great team atmosphere here.
