It’s tough to find a better place than Lotus Seafood in Stafford - you can’t miss with anything you order, the vibes and music is great, customer service is top of the line. Lee and Ms. Sam and amazing! This place is a must have if you are in southwest Houston area for sure.

Let me tell you something Lotus! Stafford location!!! Dee's (yes I said Dees) damn roasted charbroiled oysters were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! Listen we usually go to The Rupor to get these but after TODAY! BAE-BEE Lotus is where we will come. These are the best damn oysters I have ever had!!!! Omarion you did you thang on them, I mean I could taste the smoke the flavor the...mmmmmm!!! I will be back!!!

However, the experience can vary by location. Some customers received exceptional customer service from staff who were polite, friendly, professional, attentive, and very welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. One helpful staff member even helped a customer get different condiments. However, one location was too busy and understaffed, causing a long wait in a line out the door for food that was not as good as other locations. Another customer had a confusing pickup experience where they were asked for an order number after providing a name, which left a bad impression. Because of these issues, some customers may consider other locations in the future, while others will definitely be back.
