“Great customer service tonight. Picked up a carry out order and when we got home, the thin crust was missing several of its toppings. Called them up, explained the situation and he offered to remake it or just add a credit. Mistakes happen in every aspect of life, it’s how those mistakes are handled that define a business. Appreciate you guys owning up to it and taking care of it. We’ll definitely continue ordering from here. Cheers“

“Had a vacation with my friends and we flew into dallas on the way home and after a day of rough flights and delays- we wanted one thing and that was some pizza and wings. We googled pizza places and looked for some options and fell upon Zio Al’s. We called to place an order, paid over the phone and headed to the store. When we got to the store they couldn’t find the order- we quickly found out that someone called the wrong location to place their order. Feeling defeated, the manager was kind and helpful and still made our order at the location we were at. In a short 15 minutes we were given probably the best pizza i have ever eaten!! We ordered the supreme pizza, the signature, and two orders of wings and Oh My Gosh the absolute best!!! Will be going there again next time we are in dallas. Please Please support this kind and delicious establishment!!“

“We can't say enough great things about A Roma! After being in Italy over the holidays we got spoiled and have been in search of better Italian food and this place is it! We seriously had the best meal ever and their pizza was perfect! CC (Chandler) was our server and she was incredibly attentive (yet not hovering), knowledgeable, very pleasant and polite! Best service and best food we've had in a long time and the price was very fair! It's a must to check out!“

This is definitely my go to favorite Italian restaurant as of recent! Also, this is a great place to relax and watch the games as they have multiple tv’s showing the top football games of the day! They also boast a decent selection of wines and beers for your relaxing enjoyment! Tonight I had the Meat Calzone, and my wife and daughter shared a cheese pizza! 🍕 Washed down with a delicious (couple of glasses of) sweet tea! “We came in on a whim today to take advantage of their $2.99 buffet coupon deal through the app. Despite it being a Saturday night and it being incredibly crowded, they totally knocked it out of the park! The staff was so friendly and helpful despite being extremely busy. The food was coming out so fast that every piece of pizza and every cinnamon roll was fresh, warm and delicious. We were truly blown away at how they kept up with the crowds, got people in quickly and never ran low on food. AWESOME team here in McKinney“

“The kids have been under the weather for the last week so we finally got out of the house today and I decided to take them to Jim's PIZZA! Restaurant for lunch. (Mostly cause I have heard they have a killer salad bar.) and despite my daughter dropping her full plate of pizza, my son screaming and the giant mess we made on the floor..it was a great experiebce. Ten out of ten for customer service, ten out of ten for the salad bar, and ten out of ten for the sweet lady who asked if i needed any help. What an awesome place and I highly recommend!
