“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “I ordered the tostada. It was definitely not what I was expecting. The chips and salsa were great. The atmosphere is great. Service was good. I'm not sure why Mexican restaurants have gotten so expensive. I realize prices have gone up.

“We have visited Blaze Pizza Restaurant in Rowlett since our Blaze closed in Mesquite. Driving the extra miles is worth the effort.
We have had very positive experiences since our first visit. The manager, Aaron and his Staff are the BEST. They are kind, polite, fun and personable.
They greet each customer with a smile, respect, professionalism and courtesy. The food on the menu is very fresh, delicious, and always cooked to perfection. We have recommended this restaurant to our friends and neighbors.
We have ordered pizza at many restaurants over the years. However, Blaze Restaurant prepares and serves the BEST pizza in the DFW Metroplex. We highly recommend Blaze Pizza Restaurant.“

“I was a little skeptic at first due to some of the reviews, but to my surprise the food was good but the service was not that great (I was totally Ignored by a Blonde waitress). I had a large beef Pho. The atmosphere was great, good memories from my trip to Vietnam. The first table was dirty and I had to move to a different table with no silverware. After being ignored by Karen, I had to get up to find a different table to get a fork and a spoon. I can’t complain about the price since unfortunately I am living with hillbilly’s here in Rockwall and would need to drive to Richardson for better tasting and better priced pho.“

“Visited the Rowlette tx location 7/24/25. Our server Briana provided excellent service and always very pleasant and accommodating.
My wife had the new chicken fettuccine which was excellent in taste and served hot.
I had the new cheese burger but it had no jalapeños or sweet and spicy sauce which it was supposed to. Just a plain cheese burger...very dissatisfied!!
Brianna brought me the sauce which was great.“
