“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “We have visited Blaze Pizza Restaurant in Rowlett since our Blaze closed in Mesquite. Driving the extra miles is worth the effort.
We have had very positive experiences since our first visit. The manager, Aaron and his Staff are the BEST. They are kind, polite, fun and personable.
They greet each customer with a smile, respect, professionalism and courtesy. The food on the menu is very fresh, delicious, and always cooked to perfection. We have recommended this restaurant to our friends and neighbors.

“This restaurant has a pretty nice atmosphere and felt very welcoming. It's a nice place to hangout and eat with friends and the workers are very friendly. We got some spring rolls and Vietnamese coffee and they were really good. Our waitresses Joy was helpful and had a cute smile on her face everytime she comes by to check on us. Vanessa was really fun and easy to talk to. I enjoyed my visit here and will come again soon.“

“Once I heard that there was a Mr Jim's Pizza in the area on Elam Rd, in Dallas, Texas. Customer service was great and very helpful. Sadly what are the items they did not have on the menu was the sandwiches that the old Mr Jim's that was located in Balch Springs had at one time wasn't available for purchasing. I ordered two large pizzas and they were decently priced as well as a salad. The food was hot an accurate as depicted in the description of the food items on the menu. Our dinner that night was very delicious and we will be visiting the establishment again in the future.“

“Food: Had the Chicken Fajita Nachos. They were good. The chicken was a little dry. Would be nice if they can add some jalapeños. We had to ask for extra salsa and the basket of chips were really small for a table of 3. I suggest they offer two baskets for parties more than 2. For my entree, I had the ground beef enchiladas with chili con Carne topping. They were awesome but when I asked to add an enchilada, they couldn't accommodate the request, maybe it was because the server spoke Spanish, but that was a bummer. They were not stingy with the chili con Carne and the enchiladas were big sized which made up for the lack of getting the third so worked out in the end. The rice was fluffy and flavorful and the beans were thick and very nice. Was full after the meal, which was a pleasant surprise!
Service: Very nice server, we were there between the lunch and dinner service when it was slow so we did not have to wait to be seated which was a plus. The food came out promptly and was hot. I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because of the language barrier. Some things could have been lost in translation, which happens. Again, great service but felt like we had to ask for things that I consider basic table service Iike more salsa, refill of chips, were not offered complimentary tortillas and no checking to see if we needed any refills. I do not remember being asked for dessert at the end, doesn't matter because we were all satiated at the end of the meal.
Atmosphere: The venue is a old western-themed BBQ joint that was converted into a nice, festive Mexican restaurant. It had a dining area, lots of TVs, a bar area in the back which also looked like an area for live bands or dancing. Lots of windows and well lit so nice ambience. I haven't been there on a Friday or Saturday evening but the place could transform into a nightlife scene.
Overall, 4.5 out of 5 and recommend for authentic Tex-Mex.“

“Jewel is the most responsive, sweet, and amazing bartender I’ve had in a long long time, keeps my beer cold and fresh. She’s also very nice to look at which is a big plus! Come see her she’s there Tuesday through Thursdays until 6 pm“
