“I was looking to have a burger tonight. I saw that Jimmy's Big Burger was open till 9 pm. I think it was busy earlier today but when I got there it was practically empty got there around 8:15 it took a little while to get someone to get my order not too long they had a special burger and fries for $8.50 so I decided to go with that. Just watch out because on the soda was $3.50 so I paid 12 and some change not a big deal but the medium soda was pretty expensive and the Dr pepper didn't have enough sweetener I thought. The burger was okay but tasted a little different than normal. Fries were great! All my veggies were off to the side I had to fix it.The taste of the was okay. I would probably have it again.“
“This place definitely transported me to my country, Honduras. I really wanted to not eat food that was so delicious and the best thing with that touch of home was homemade food with good flavor, everything was super delicious. and very good attention!“
“My party had a great experience (9 of us). We chatted it up with the waitress, who we later discovered was the owner. I love everything about this place, but I had the Chimichanga and Margaritas. You can't go wrong with anything you order here. The atmosphere is great, and the company is even better. It's small, but great for groups who want to party with a little privacy or just to kick back without a large crowd. You can dine inside or outside.“
“Hands down the best pupusas in the area. Tamales and yucca are really good as well. Red sauce is a bit spicy, but good flavor. Have been going here for years and drive all the way from Wylie because it’s THAT good. I almost don’t want to leave a review so the word doesn’t get out about this place. A true gem in garland.“
“Food was gr8 for a food truck... the presentation could have been better!! It was a great quesadilla exactly what I wanted. The ease of ordering was very difficult. Thankfully I had my student there to help me. The lady was very NICE! It sits right off the freeway away from traffic. Decent location, easy to navigate. Clean area.“
“I've had a few dishes from this place and have enjoyed them so far. They have a slow service, maybe 30 minutes for a "baleada" (with no customers in line), and 45 minutes or a bit more when the restaurant's busy.If you want "encurtido" make sure to ask for it, otherwise they will not offer it. It's not spicy, by the way.Their hot sauce... They can improve it. It tastes quite vinegary.. not of a good quality.Their "topogigios" (the blackberry ones) don't taste like the Honduran ones... I can't put my finger on what makes it taste different.Their horchata is really good! Their service is mostly good, too. Oh, their baleadas are great, too!!“
“Tonight was my first time going, and I'm so glad I did. IT'S HALAL! I usually go all the way out to Plano or Richardson for halal pizza. We ordered 2 10 piece wings w fries, 3 tenders w green beans and mashed potatoes, and a meatball sub w fries for $62 and some change. The chicken is well cooked & well seasoned. It has a great bite, too. The tenders are a nice size. The green beans were a pleasant surprise. They're made with brisket and turkey bacon and have an awesome smokey flavor. My 1 year old demolished the whole container and still made room for the mashed potatoes (also great). It's not often we're able to order a meatball sub, and it was very nice. The marinara isn't too sweet like some others, and there's a good portion of meatballs on a foot long bun with plenty cheese. The guy taking my order was polite and concise. The wait (about 15 minutes) wasn't long, considering there were 5 orders ahead of mine. Overall, I had a great experience, and we look forward to going back! I should've taken pictures, but the food did not last long enough for that ?Dietary restrictions: HalalThere's no pork. The bacon and "ham" are turkey, and the pepperoni are beef.“
