“(March 19,2026)Went today at around 1pm. The gentleman answering and taking the food orders was polite. Giselle our car hop server was very polite too and offered condiments. We weren't expecting to stop by today but noticed the $0.99 corn dogs and decided to get some plus drinks and then added other items.
Despite them being pretty full, our order came out at an expectable time and was very tasty. Everything was correct. No foul smells.
(I've had problems at other fast food places here in Mesquite, where they wore gloves and it stank like they never changed them 🤢😷) Not the case here.
Everything was nice, food was great, a very nice experience over all. We will be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars“
“Alyssa and the kitchen employees show excellent customer service! The place stays busy, but ALYSSA is ALWAYS FRIENDLY and extremely efficient!! I come here atleast once a week. So much she compliments our hair- cuts! Came for a B-day reward; left Happyier thanks to Alyssa! Out of the hundreds of Sonics &other Fast Food( I'm ranked top 10% Fast food reviews), Alyssa has remained an Employee I wish I had when managing places... I am in an Entrepreneurial mood( A popular Franchise reached out to me). She's the kind of employees I'd need! 5Star Always!!“

You were very polite and I haven't received customer service like that in a long time. Seeing a smile on your face brighten up my day. I felt like this was something that need to be recognized. “I had never been to this location but I go to Sonic drive ins regularly. This one was very busy at the time I went. The person that was taking the orders wasn't the most friendly sounding. I only ordered a drink which took several minutes to be delivered. I understood that since they were so busy at the time. I went during Happy Hour so drinks are supposed to be half price. I didn't understand the final charge because, while it was almost half price, it was still more than half. I'm not too worried about it but wanted to mention it.“
