I ordered Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, but I think they forgot the “cheese” part. It had about one lonely strip hanging on for dear life. Then they built my sandwich like they were personally paying for the meat. To top it off, the restaurant was dirty, and the service matched it. I’ve seen better-looking sandwiches in gas station coolers. Definitely won’t be back.
The employees have no manners.
Saniah showed excellent customer service. She double checked our order and was very helpful. She was polite and helpful by accepting our order in person matching it from our app which was having problems. This location in Mesquite on Cartwright by S Beltline Rd stays open all the way to 3:30AM ALL WEEK!!

Subway offers exceptional customer service with knowledgeable staff. The service is prompt and efficient. The sandwiches are made exactly as requested. The freshly baked cookies and bread are highlights. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the overall experience is worth it. The Grubhub delivery is fast and reliable for those who prefer delivery.
