I was appalled to see staff bring out containers filled with ice cream stacked on top of each other and one sunk into another, spill on the counter and then the floor. It was nasty and the young lady with her dirty ungloved hands as well as the employees was separate them and move to the cake freezer. The employees gave them to the girl whose hair fell into the top container on each stack, she had on no gloves and this is not what the customers need to see. I’m not only giving marble slab 2 thumbs up for the ice cream but for the top notch staff. This group are a bunch of hard working, considerate and just friendly, good people. I have witnessed some of the customers being just disgusting to them. Not sure what’s wrong with some of the adults that go in there but my lord…
