Shout out to Damien (hope I spelled that right, if not I'm sorry). He was chatting with us and other customers while zooming around keeping tables clean and helping with refills.“

“I honestly went into this experience expecting to leave a one-star review, but one employee completely turned it around. Rayne at store #042689 gave the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My order was missing over half the food, and all of the drinks were wrong, so I came back frustrated. Instead of brushing it off, she went above and beyond to fix everything, handled the situation with professionalism, and made sure I left completely satisfied. I truly believe she deserves recognition for the way she corrected the situation and took care of me. It is very hard for someone to earn a five-star review when a situation like this happens, but she absolutely did. Because of her, what should have been a one-star review turned into a five-star experience.“
