Had a great experience at Wilson’s Seafood. The food was delicious and the building itself is beautiful. We started with the Ahi Tuna appetizer and followed it up with the cedar plank salmon and the pecan crusted trout—everything was well-prepared and full of flavor. Easily a 10/10.
We ordered and really liked the crab cakes and calamari for appetizers and the fish tacos, fried. Fish and shrimp platter and the stuffed fish. The blackened catfish with poblano sauce was way too salty to eat the coating which was way too thick.
Catfish was perfect. Tartersauce wasn't. It was like gravey or something? The staff was very good. The owner came out and met us all. Very nice!
