I recently had the pleasure of dining at IHOP, and I must say that the highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by Valentina. From the moment we arrived, Valentina greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome.

Throughout our meal, Valentina was incredibly attentive and professional. She took the time to explain the menu options, offered great recommendations, and ensured the food and drinks are served on time. Valentina’s knowledge of the menu was impressive, and it really enhanced our dining experience.

Additionally, the manager Mohammed was friendly and professional. And made sure we enjoyed our experience.

Valentina displayed a genuine passion for providing excellent service. She checked in on us regularly, making sure we were enjoying our meals and addressing any special requests we had promptly and with a positive attitude.

Overall, Valentina made our visit to IHOP memorable. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and friendly service, and I truly appreciate her efforts.“

“I want to touch on their Toasted After Dark offering. My husband and I recently hosted my 40th birthday party there as their first Toasted After Dark event. It was incredible! I really wanted a brunch menu, and while their offerings online showed mostly lunch/dinner offerings they worked with me to come up with the perfect brunch centered buffet. Our party of almost 40 people raved about how delicious it was! This was just the start. The staff, headed by manager Robert, cleared out an area to make a dance floor for our silent disco event. The mimosa package which came with various flavors of mimosas and house wine and I think beer was plentiful and our friendly bartender kept the drinks flowing. They bent over backwards to make it the perfect night and I couldn’t have imagined it much better than it turned out! I highly recommend them as a fun and different venue with delicious food for your next event!“

“My neighbor brought over an extra dozen donuts over from Home Cut Donuts. I thanked her, put the on my kitchen table but was reluctant 2 try them because they usually don't compare 2 the Houston donut shop errrr institution that has been here since 1936, but they have not been tasting like they used 2, lately. I eventually tried them ( 2 ). I put them in the microwave for 10 seconds. I took a bite. I was surprised. They tasted a lot better than I thought. The donuts were very tasty, especially w/ their sugary glaze. Next time, I want refrigerate them over night, microwave them & then taste them. See how they taste. That would be a true test. Would buy them again ? YES ! ! ! !“

“I stopped by this IHOP around 2 a.m., which has become my little ritual after a long day of running errands and chores. Usually, it’s just a quiet, simple meal to end the night, but this visit turned out to be something special. I had the pleasure of being served by Tammy, and let me tell you, she completely changed the vibe of my night.

At 2 a.m., most people are running on fumes, but Tammy? She was full of energy, smiling, cracking jokes, and making the whole place feel warm and inviting. Her energy was so contagious that I didn’t even need my usual coffee to wake me up, she was the coffee!

She checked in often without hovering, made sure our food came out just right, and was genuinely friendly in a way that didn’t feel forced. It’s rare to get that kind of service in the middle of the night, and it made the food taste even better.

I left feeling happier than when I walked in, which is exactly what great service should do. From now on, Sunday late nights are going to be my “Tammy IHOP nights” because I know I’ll leave with a full stomach and a big smile.“

She was very friendly, professional and courteous. Did not miss one thing on our order. Made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask.
Now let's get to our order my husband had the breakfast sampler, I had the T-bone steak and eggs with pancakes, my oldest son had the Bacon Temptation and my youngest had the Chicken and Biscuit sandwich with fries and what was even better was that they bought back the 🫶 sausage patties 🫶 I was really happy about that. Everything was cooked to perfection. You can tell everything was made with love. KUDOS IHOP

“Great birthday breakfast, it was very delicious. IHOP gave me a free meal because it was my birthday and I signed up for their rewards program. I highly recommend IHOP. The food is delicious, economical and the wait staff have a pleasant attitude. Their new Cinnamon Coffee Cake Streusel Pancakes 🥞 are very scrumptious.
