“Didn't dine in. Ordered at this location for pick up by mistake. Last time I was here a very shy girl was at register. Couldn't hear anything she said. Some guy that worked there kept echoing her and telling her to speak up. We weren't greeted upon entry. It was just overall bad. This time I sent my 9yr old inside. He had no issues. Food was prepaid he inspected it. Only issue I have is it was 2 boxes and it wasn't put in a bag. He couldn't open car door and I cut my arm with my fingernail reaching from the driver seat opening with 1 hand and pushing it open with the other.
He had walkie talkie and to pizza and receipt. They should've given him a bag.“

They really know how to brew, the staff is knowledgable and friendly, and there's space to sit and chill no matter how full it is. “Danny, our server, was the absolute best! He checked on us frequently and took care of us very well. He was fun to be around. The food was good, but not perfect. The clam chowder was not hot. The crab boil was probably overcooked since the crab did not come out easily. There was also 1 cluster that was old (like skin was soft and meat tasted off). They gave us a taste of one of their appetizers which smelled amazing. The rest of the food was good and plenty.“

We had the rotisserie chicken sandwich with house made pickles and a cup of bone broth. BOTH were excellent! They also said they were seed oil free which is a game changer for us. We do NOT eat seed oils as much as possible. The bread has been fantastic also. Its a little pricey but i feel worth it for the quality you get.“

Also they only use maple syrup, honey, and coconut sugar so I don't feel guilty eating the treats since paleo ingredients are better for the body.“

“These are by far the best cupcakes in Houston! First of all the shop is adorable and the people are always so nice! Now for the cupcakes! I am a chocolate girl so two of my favorites are chocolate base. They are soft and moist and melt in your mouth. My top favorite is the chocolate vanilla bean. The chocolate cake is so luscious and the thin topping of silky vanilla butter cream melts in your mouth. The real star of this cupcake is that they take the icing and smoosh it into light blue sugar crystals! This gives the cupcake that added sweetness and texture. It’s just so good!!!!!!!! This is a must try! My second favorite is the strawberry truffle! Who doesn’t love strawberry and chocolate? This cupcake is the perfect combination. The luscious chocolate cake topped with fresh strawberry buttercream. You can see the pieces of real strawberries in the icing! I also highly recommend trying their daily fun flavors. Recently we had the bananas foster( so incredible , filled with a Carmel and topped with a piece of dried banana ) and the lemon blueberry pie( so refreshing and comforting) Seriously you will not be disappointed if you try these cupcakes! We drive all the way from spring to get them!“

“We were visiting from California and happened to come across this beautiful cupcake shop in route to dinner. Decided to stop in and were surprised to see that all the cupcakes had been sold out. After a brief chat with the staff and them finding out we were from out of state, they kindly offered to whip up 4 cupcakes for our family to try. The cupcakes were delicious!!! Will definitely stop by again anytime we are in Houston. 10/10 will recommend to all friends and family in the Houston area.“

“We used Russo’s to cater the Memorial for my grandfather and they were great from beginning to end! I worked directly with Shawna, and she was patient and answered all of our many, MANY questions and changes. We got one of the catering packages and our food was great! Everyone complemented not only the taste, but the presentation. They delivered outside their normal range for this event and their delivery driver was so kind! He set it all up and made sure we had everything we ordered and needed before he took off. He probably asked us to double check 3 times because he wanted it to be right. Great experience all around. We are not from Houston, but we would definitely use them again!“
