I’ve never eaten inside because the store front has never been open when we came. Only been in drive through. We love the chicken and rolls at this particular location. They do something different from any other Hartz we’ve been to, and we drive about 3-4 miles further away to get to it. Downside is that they sometimes run out of white pieces. Haven’t had much interaction with staff, and they stay busy trying to get people through the drive through line.
They are stingy with the napkins and ti top it off no ketchup this place i horrible
I find the food very satisfying, different from the usual fastfood chicken restaurant.with livers and gizzard. The bread are soft and sweet tasting. Those taste buds who wants it different. This is the best choice. Its like grandmama's cooking that needs patience and understanding. The staff are good to us,we don't mind waiting since it doesn't take 1 hour as some are commenting 10mins wait is just fine.I highly support Seniors work and respected them.

Hartz Chicken Buffet offers a nice spin on Americana cuisine, with excellent fried chicken as the star of the show. They also serve hot wings and fish. The buffet provides plenty of picnic and barbecue sides, along with soft and sweet dinner rolls. Chicken is delicious, always hot and fresh. Their chicken, livers and gizzards are so good. The food was great and the service was great. Parking is available to the public in the strip center area. It is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and parking.
