“The personnel there have been so friendly. Many times McDonald's get a bad reputation, but this one has been friendly to me everytime I go there. Whether it's the drive through or not, I always see friendly, gainfully employed staff members working hard. They're also respectful as well.“

Carmen, the manager, has a unique ability to recover the service experience for the guest, via third party delivery service or in-person. I'm impressed with her management skills and I understand why she was promoted to this leadership role. Ciara is outstanding and a fast learner; all 3 of these women will continue to thrive.
