“Casa Vaqueros has absolutely amazing food. It’s the best TexMex my husband and I have had. The chili gravy over the cheese enchiladas is the best I’ve ever had. If you like shrimp, they are huge and excellent. My favorite is the Stuffed Avocado! The Special Margarita is the best. “You have to try the tamales at Johnnys! I am a die hard tamale lover and the tamales were delicious. My recommendation would be the tamales (obviously), fish tacos, tres leches, churros, and chips & salsa! Our waiter was incredible! He was very welcoming, attentive, and polite. Service is extremely important and depending on your waiter and restaurant, it can be hit or miss. However, that was not the case during our visit. Hospitality was prioritized which was evident after meeting both manager and owner. Great experience!“

“I cannot express how much I love their barbacoa tacos. Listen if you've never been this is my go to order: 4 barbecoa tacos corn tortilla, cilantro, onion, green sauce. Put the green sauce on the taco, its spicy and the level of heat depends on the day so just put a little to test. CASH ONLY.“

“Great place for some quick taco munchies. The fajita was really good and cooked and seasoned well. I did not know that they have three choices of salsa ranging from non-spicy, mild, and spicy. I normally get the green one thinking that it was spicy. But next time I will try the red one. I definitely recommend and suggest this taco truck really convenient next to the gas station and right off the feeder! I would definitely be back“

Their chicken and beef fajitas have an amazing taste, likely due to their fantastic marinade. The place is straightforward and no-frills, perfect for a great meal without the fuss. There is one bartender that we prefer, Luke, as the others just don't seem to have the personality and ability to keep up like he does . We go to the one on hwy 6 in mo. City fairly often, and the above has become apparent .“
