“The service gets a 3 because me and my husband and I called a total of 4 times, and the phone rang and rang and rang with no answer. So, on the 5 time calling, they finally answered and the young lady didn't even say you're welcome at the end of the call. Please do better at this very busy location.“
“So there was a discrepancy in my order bc of 1. Signal was bad and 2. It was loud in the background so it was hard to hear the lady repeated my order.
Either way she didn’t buck back after my explanation. Manager was cool
with my request. This situation could’ve went sour real quick and I was ready. But they were super nice. Fixed or accommodated my order and went on.
Would def. Come back instead of the place closer to my location. Although the App kept giving me error when I tried to order so I called it in. If the app wasn’t trash then things would be smoother. Good job team!“
