“I’ve been to this Wingstop many times because It’s near me and I loved the customer service that I got today with My mom and sister. I’ve never heard anyone that would welcome us in till now, whoever the employee is that gave us extra Ranches with our meal today that we didn’t have to pay extra for needs a raise and more pay for what they do because I really appreciate the hospitality and the food today was really good and the fries were to my liking, not too soggy or crunchy and the boneless I had today were not too saucy today. Only, complaint that I have was it was kind of packed today and there was a lot of people and it was making me anxious because I prefer a quieter and more relaxed setting than a loud one and the table that my family were sitting at was dirty and someone left there disgusting napkin afterwards.“

You were sweet, you asked if I was okay holding which I wasn’t because I am tired but I said sure. She apologized for the wait and I proceeded to place my order. She was very patient and answered all my questions and suggested an alternative. I hung feeling like wow this person was super sweet and attentive. I get to the place , she greeted with a smile and took my payment then proceeded to ask if I knew about the rewards club and about the survey and all the things I could get if I did the survey. I did the survey… I asked if she was the one answering the phone and she replied yes. I told her “You were very polite and I’m doing a review just for you”. “I love it here. A girl with blonde hair assisted me I missed her name but she was in a different uniform from others. I can say they are very respectful and willing to talk with customers such as also suggesting and letting us know what is recommended. I had a great experience, I felt so welcomed. “Whenever I'm in Houston, this location is my new home for wings. The staff from front to back of house treat each and every customer like family. Everyone is greeted warmly as they walk in the front door, if you're picking up an order, you're greeted by your name. If you're a regular, you're liable to get heckled when you walk in. Southern hospitality, great personalities, and well executed menu combine to make this store one of a kind. After just a couple of visits, I would not only recommend it to be your one stop wing shop.

“We ordered our food for pick up at 1pm we got there roughly 1:07pm and our food was ready I am so glad we didn’t had to wait like other places you out a time for pickup and someone you still have to wait . It was really convenient and great service . The wings were juicy and good“

“I went over to this location on 1-8-2026 at 8:03pm. I ordered an 8pc bone in combo all flats. I specifically requested that the wings be fully well done. The clerk Anyili told me that will be ok and I reminded her again to be for sure, I didn't mind waiting. Once I got my order the wings were not well done they were cooked how they normally would cook the wings with little to no sauce or seasonings. I brought the attention to another clerk and told her how I requested the wings and she told me we don't do that so I requested my money back I also told her other Wingstop handle these requests and make good on them. I will never go back to this location again with the incompetent staff that they have.

“Arrived at 12:30 for a pickup order. They accidentally gave me cheesy fries instead of the voodoo fries i ordered. They were extremely polite and humble remade it instantly. Food was cooked perfectly. One of the best wingstop locations I've been to. Very happy, will be returning.“

“The service was great, and the food was hot and fresh. I love the idea of garlic parmesan, but have never had it at Wingstop where I really liked it. It has always been more oil and less garlic parmesan. This is the first time that I have ever had garlic parmesan at Wingstop that tasted like garlic parmesan and it was amazing! My only regret was that my niece ordered it instead of me, so I only had a few bites of hers. She got lemon pepper and garlic parmesan and they were both impeccable. I had the spicy Korean and cajun, and they were sauce perfectly. It's a bit of a stretch from home, but if I am every in the area, I will definitely stop by again. I highly recommend this a Wingstop, particularly over all others. It is worth it, especially if you are in the area.“

“This is the best Wingstop of all thier franchises. No joke, I've been to maybe 20 different locations in my travels as I love WS. This is the #1 location. So the trick is that it's mega busy. Your going to wait 20 minutes for fresh wings, but that's the way it should be. I dont want fast. I want freshly fried. And it's business is so strong you always get fresh right out of the fryer wings. The only mark it gets is having a small amount of tables.“

They can make your wings in 8 minutes compared to the other stores taking 20 minutes. Wings are always hot and fries are always fresh and seasoned correctly. Customer service is top notch as well.“

“So guys i always wondered why when i would come in at 11pm there would be Mop water doused on the floor and the soda machine shut down. But even in the midst of that they would take my complicated order. But today i found out they close at 12am instead of 1 am. Please review and change the time on google.“

“Been ordering here since it opened some years ago and never had a bad experience.

Had ordered a take out delivery and they shorted me 3 or 4 wings from a 20 PC wing order, not a huge deal so I called and inquired about the missing ones. The manager said they gave me a voucher towards my next order so fast forward I place an order today... and no voucher, oh well.

Anyways still a great place for wings, the hot honey rub is amazing paired with the garlic parmesan. Thank you Keldon, you made my night better sir!“

“I went to pick up an order, the service is very good, they are friendly, I recommend it for small orders in my experience when it is a large order if something is usually missing from what you order, and it is kind of inconvenient to go back and ask for the rest of the order why Yes, they give it to you but the process is a little slow, and what we want is to eat, advice, check your order carefully.“

“This reminded me of how wingstop used to taste in their prime, when the workers took pride. The wings were good. The lady was efficient in taking our order. Everything was correct and cooked to perfection. Now, I’m only speaking on the day shift. Idk how the evening shift gets down. I believe the lady who took our order was Geovanna, she did her big one. The fries were cooked good and crispy, the wings had a nice amount of seasoning. The dressing wasnt super watered down like it can be. Great job guys at this location.“

“I frequent this location quite a bit. The customer service is always top-notch, and the place is always clean. The only suggestion that I have is to replace the Coca-Cola soda machine with a new soda machine because of the lack of carbonation which causes the soda to be more sweet. Other than that I would recommend this place.“
