“One of our favorite new go-tos on the way to or from Houston. The brisket enchiladas are always favorite, but that fajita meat is always on point! Easy to get to, plenty of parking, beautiful restaurant, amazing staff! Everyone needs to give this place a shot!“
“I used the drive-thru for a late breakfast on a Monday and there was no line. I ordered a BBQ Brisket Kolache and a Taco Bowl with the regular fajita beef, regular potatoes, rice, and shredded cheddar cheese on top. It was a lot of food, with a very well proportioned mixture of ingredients, and the beef was tender. It was tasty enough and good enough that I would order it again. Luckily, there were some spicy potatoes accidentally mixed in because I really enjoyed them, but they did seem pretty spicy so next time I would order it with 1/2 regular and 1/2 spicy potatoes. The Kolache was a large round one and the bread part was way too thick and prominent out of proportion to the filling. And it didn't really look like the photo advertising it on the drive-thru window since it seemed to show less bread and showed melted cheese, but mine did not have any. I guess the cheese has to be ordered separately, but I would not order it again anyway because of the too bready situation. I would like to try to get there earlier next time to try the Barbacoa since I couldn't this time due to them running out of it before I arrived.“
“5 stars isn't even enough stars for this restaurant. I would give it ALL the stars in the sky if I could. Hands down the absolute BEST place to dine in. From the great service; to the AMAZING beef fajitas; to the personal patio tour we got from David, the Manger, and last but definitely not least the free self serve ice cream machine, in 2 flavors and a swirl!!!!! GREAT, AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL and fun!! Thank you El Toro for raising the bar on restaurants and upholding high standards in Baytown, TX.“
“The young lady was very nice. She forgot to refill our chips twice. We just left it alone and continued our dinner. My son was gathering every crumb lol. Other than that great service and food.Kid-friendliness: Chicken nuggets are always a winner if your kiddo does not like Mexican food“
“Went for lunch, and they were packed. We were a party of six. The service was prompt and friendly. The dining area was spotless as well as the restrooms. Are food came out piping hot and everyone enjoyed their lunch. Will definitely be going back.“
“When I ate here today for lunch, it was pretty good! The food was delicious and didn’t take long, the staff was friendly, and even though the floors were messy, I still had a good time! And we even tipped our waitress for her service. (I’m not lying btw)“
“The food was good but be prepared for hidden charges like asking for onions & the chili gravy on your enchiladas! Those are naturals that belong on enchiladas! Food was good, service moderate! Forgot who had which rice & which beans! Did make good & fixed them up in to go containers! There are too many Mexican food restaurants that don't charge for add-on that should be part of the menu item! I'm done with I-Joes!“
