EXCELLENCE. I just came in and ordered a pretty complex bowl and they were super patient and attentive.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a variety of vegetarian options, including sofritas and a veggie bowl. The brown rice is usually cooked perfectly, and the beans, veggies, and guacamole are all fresh. The staff are friendly and make the dining experience enjoyable. The food is made with care and appears fresh, even during less busy times. The restaurant has regained some of its previous glory with the new manager, Caleb, who is very helpful and cares about the store. He greets customers, works on the grill, and ensures the food is served quickly. The newer grill guy, Bernando, makes the best carnitas in the store. Customers appreciate the clean restaurant and bathrooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff, who made a first-time customer feel welcome. The food quality is consistently good, and the vegetarian options are both delicious and filling. The cooks are doing an excellent job, and the people serving you provide very good service. This Chipotle is by far the best in NW Houston. It’s always been delicious.
