Subway in Montgomery

“Honestly the best Subway location I've gotten food from. Sandwiches are standard quality, but importantly, have always been quickly made and accurate even when we are getting multiple (3+) sandwiches. The employees working there as of writing this review (10/12/2024) have been efficient and even once walked out of the store to hand us our sandwiches when we ordered takeout before we had a chance to click the notification that we had arrived. However, today is the first time we ordered food and had to wait 45 minutes for our sandwiches, solely because whoever was in charge of staffing had ONE of these good employees handling orders during Saturday lunch rush, resulting in an insanely long line. Very grateful to the employees but begging management not to do that, because that was a terrible & unfair experience for the employees and the customers.“

“Walked in to a welcome. Manager is very friendly and good with people. Makes sure she gets your order right. I got a 6 inch tuna I wanted it toasted with the cheese. I have not been asked if I wanted the tuna toasted to because it was gonna be warm. I liked that she asked.“
