fries cold and just end nubbins and Jose, the mgr. waited on me and didn't give me my change. I had to go back because I hadn't realized it until I got home. I called and he said he knew he hadn't and to come back for it. No apology or even a cookie for my inconvenience, not to mention my gasoline . No wonder there are never any customers there !
We really wanted to eat inside but this young man told me and a couple of customers that their lobby is closed. When we looked at the lobby hours it says 10 am to 10 pm for Saturday...why was the lobby closed at 8 pm??? Anyways we went to the drive thru and the worker took our order (very sweet by the way and very nice) we pulled forward to the window and seen the same kid looking at us and had a visible attitude. Kid in the lobby said it was closed even though lobby closes at 10 and it was 8 when we got there. We really wanted to eat and chill in the lobby but no so we went through the drive thru and the lady was amazing but the kid gave us a dirty look like he was annoyed he had to do his job. The kid was a dark complexion. I get it can get busy and stressful but that's no excuse and i work in fast food myself. And it wasn't even busy. But aside from all that the food was delicious!!!
