“Recently, we, along with some friends of ours, had the pleasure of dining at an out of the way restaurant that is truly a hidden gem tucked away in the small town of Hubbard, Texas. Polo's Pizza Italian Restaurant. Why is an excellent eatery in Hubbard? Why not! And if you take a few moments to look over their menu (online or FB), it is really an Italian, Mexican, Texan eatery that will delight all commers. From their great, and perfectly prepared medium-rear 12 oz ribeye/baked potato, to their lobster ravioli, you really can not go wrong making the drive to Hubbard and visit the fine folks at Polo’s! By the way, don’t let the “street face” fool you – it is a lot bigger than you think.”

“3 of us rode down today from the DFW area to find that they lived up to their reputation. Great BBQ with just the right amount of marbling, service was prompt, cheerful and attentive. Then they set us up on a private pistol plinking range behind some giant tires. The Marton family that runs it is very friendly and lives the story of the American dream. What a great day!!!”
