“We stopped here to eat lunch on the way to Austin, TX. We are traveling from Virginia so this was quite a treat to find Dhaba style restaurant in a gas station. There were plenty of others customers enjoying the food there. The staff is very friendly and even helped the our family pics on the traditional Indian cots. It’s got a nice dhaba vibe and plenty of seating booths. Loved the food selection for both vegetarian and non vegetarian folks. My husband and I tried Malai kofta with garlic naan and tandoori roti. The malai kofta was soft and flavorful. Garlic naan is delicious. Tandoori roti was okay but nothing like the tandoori rotis my grandma used to make fresh on clay oven back in india. The owner was kind enough to provide complimentary rice and Indian chai to us. My husband enjoyed his mango lassi. We purchased Indian snacks for the road. It’s a truly memorable experience. I hope they open dhabas in Virginia also where e are from.“
