“I have been to many, many Korean BBQ spots. In all of Texas, California, Florida & Washington State this is by far the my fav!!! Service was 11 out of 10 stars & the meat quality was 10 out of 10. Must try once before you die...dispite slightly higher price, proportion, quality & service makes up for the slight lack in atmosphere. Beef Combo #8 is recommended for 2, but can feed 3 & a half.“

“I came here on Sunday. I had yukgaejang kalguksu and yukjeon. The broth paired perfectly with the noodles, and the yukjeon was tender and delicious! A simple and satisfying meal. The portions were generous, and the staff were very friendly! I'll come back again!“

“WooMeeOk has great service! The table is already set with the side dishes (banchan) once you are seated, so if you are ready to order, you may do so. The waitresses were very fast, and visit the table just enough times. For two people, we ordered about 10 meat dishes and no additional sides (e.g., soup and pancake). The portion of the meat is greater than expected, and there are no excessive fat cuts in the galbi. As for price, we believe it to be more than fair. The atmosphere is also very relaxed and they play great music haha.
Side note from partner: The bathroom lighting is very dim.“

“Although unassuming on the outside, the food itself inside is something to write home about! The food is delicious, flavorful, and a great portion for the price! Can’t go wrong with the bulgogi or short-rib stew ?
Even though it’s a little small seating-wise especially during peak lunch/dinner hours, the service is always friendly and quick.

“We consistently come here for great Korean food - the galbi is the best in Texas! They’ve never missed once (both in the quality of the food & friendliness of the staff). All the food we have tried here have been AMAZING! The food hits the spot EVERY TIME! I definitely recommend you try this place if you haven’t yet (get the Ssamjang (bean paste) and use it as a sauce for your meat to give it that extra kick)!“

“After driving in from Houston, we decided to find a Korean place to indulge our hunger. The waiter was very prompt and accommodating, our drinks were constantly refilled and his service was second to none. we ordered a lot of different dishes and it came with ALOT of different varieties of banchan, when you finish any of it, he came to refill it for us. The food… authentic! It was very delicious and so glad we went to the Gogi, based off of a friends recommendation! Don’t think twice about coming here!“

“Nice korean eatery vibe. Fast service and friendly wait staff. They do help and suggest. The food is what makes this place stand out. Their kimchi alone, which I don't know the source but it is deep flavored with chili and spices, crunchy vegetable and that brine and fermentation is perfect. Banchan items are all very delicious and makes its own meal. Hot rice, with blazing army stew, full of noodles and various meats. The broth is spicy, and we'll rounded. Beef bulgogi and pork ribs are truly divine. Tender neat, excellent spice, and you are in bliss. Seafood pancake is very good but I really dislike a whole she'll on uncleaned shrimp in there. That is such a major turn off but I keep coming back. Alcohol selection is poor, limited to beer and korean soju. Nonetheless food is excellent“

Food quality: I love all kinds of soup from them. My kid love their spicy and non-spicy beef soup.
Personally, I prefer their version of kimchi, and they made their own kimchi.
Services: the owner is very kind and patient. They sends our food to our table!
Will keep coming back!

“I ordered the mozz potato dog & the cupbokki but i was given the cup without the lid since it was a dine in order. I couldn’t finish my meal so i wanted to take it to go but i needed a lid <\3 I went to where the lady makes the food but no one ever came up front, the lady was sitting down the whole time in the back and i swear she could see us! Idk if she was trying to hide or maybe she assumed we were those folks that wanted to order with her instead of the cashier, but she never came up. I had to throw away my cupbokki :/“

“I am a lover af jjajjang noodles (black bean noodles) I always would go out of my way to go to the nearby Resturant in this area that also sells them as well as another popular restaurant in Carrollton. I’ve had them in Korea and places like LA and NYC these the jjajjang noodles here are amazing, I love the crispy purple sweet potatoes julienned and fried on top to make it a little more special. Each time I have eaten here the women and young men who work here have been the kindest and most attentive servers. This was my fourth time eating here and the quality is consistent.“

“They are under new management now. Under the old management there were more to choose from, but the taste is still there. Also, under the new management, Customer Service was excellent. “This is one of my favorite local spots. The food is delicious and the service is so friendly and quick. The cheese katsu is delicious and it tastes just like my favorite donkatsu & curry spots I used to go to when I lived in Seoul. Such delicious comfort food!!“

“We came on 11/06/22 around 5 pm family of 4, not really busy we saw a lot of empty tables but the lady server wanted us to share a a room with other couple When I told her no and asked about empty tables she didn’t really give me the answer and told us to wait for 10 -15 minutes for the table We decided to go to other place I dont know the quality of the food but 0 ⭐️ for service“

“We loved this location. There was a huge dine in area but we noticed a lot of take out orders. We opted to dine in. The chicken was so good! Nice, crispy and full of flavor. The portions were a good size as well. We were given tokens for the claw machine since we dined in. Highly recommend“

“The food was very tasty. The only things I had problems with were the prices and the ordering process. The reason why I didnt like the prices is because a bowl of orange chicken costs 15$.(keep in mind this is a food court). Then, the ordering process was really confusing. Turns out you dont order at any of the restaurants , they have only one cash register which you order everything from. Another problem I had was most of the staff were drinking beers and not even paying attention. If I had to recommend 1 think it would be the #1 at Oh-k-dog.“
