“My wife wanted a quick light lunch before driving home.This Dairy Queen was the first place we saw.I got her a hamburger and sweet ice tea.I wanted ice cream cone.I had forgotten how good an ice cream cone is on a hot Saturday.The mailman makes it his lunch spot. So glad it did chicken was falling off the bone mac and cheese was hot fire the dinner roll was sweet and soft they had to remake okra but it was no problem they brought us out a fresh order and it was banging.. service was spectacular you ever stop on the border pop thru you won't be disappointed. “We come to dairy Queen here in Texarkana when we're visiting my wife's family. It's always good. Food is hot and fresh. The crew is focused on their work. It's clean in here.
I had the Hungerbuster JR combo (fries and a medium drink) no onions add mayo/ extra mayo. Good amount of lettuce and tomatoes.

A bit of trivia that you probably didn't know, Dairy Queen's grill food items are different depending on which region of the country you are in. On the west coast the grill menu is different. Yes they had burgers fries and chicken items, but the burgers are very different.
Be careful coming in here when it's been raining outside, the floor is very slippery for some reason. More so than you would expect. I seem to recall it is always that way here every other time we've been here over the years.

“Came back home to T-Town and it is so sad to see it so dead and run down but T-Town Arby's is still the best in the four states area. I really wish my kids could have seen Texarkana when it didn't all look so run down it really is so sad.“

“I love taco tico! It's the best and highest quality tex Mex I've had in my life. I was so excited to see a taco tico restaurant while we were in Texarkana Texas, so we HAD to go. These restaurants are too few and far between in the USA. We need more taco tico in this world!“

“Love most of everyone ❤️. They are always helpful. But sometimes it's really slow. Nolan major problem I really have is pulling up to different stalls and a computer being down and it takes about three to four try sometimes even getting the one that works.

Parking: You need to kind of look in where you're pulling in most of the machines are down from time to time so you need to pay attention before you pull in to any other stalls. This is the worst part about it and it's very aggravating because it's usually you can pull into two or three of them before you get to the fourth one and you've got where you can order.

The 2nd piece looked decent but it so wet inside it was inedible, only one of three hush puppies edible, the other two you couldn’t even bite into them they were so hard. Will not return.“

“Multiple times of horrible service. Both take out and delivery. We ordered thru door dash and got a "Family Feast" 16 piece tender meal that came with 2 sides. The 2 sides were individual sides and not a large or family side. Really!!! No biscuits either. In this day of time this was just completely uncalled for and just lack of customer service. Just horrible.“

“So, it's a sonic. You're going to pull up to a screen that will be broken, the card reader won't work, the speaker sounds like it was being used in a 1950s diner, and there aren't enough staff.

That said, the people are nice, the food is decent fast food, but the drink & ice cream shakes are the best reason to visit. So, go on a discount day or happy hour & be prepared to visit the 50s for a drink and a large selection of fast food.“
