“They are very good people. My sister has worked here for so many years. My sister does a lot when she is packing the food into the boxes and everything else. They work with my sister when she has to take time off for my mom who has been in a nursing home and trying to go to appointments with her and dealing with my moms stuff. I even let her use my truck all the time while I was on the road. I appreciate everything my sister has done for my mom and handling everything she has to since our mom has been in the nursing home for a very long time. I asked my sister a year or more ago if she would like to have my truck and she said yes. So just over a week ago after I got it paid off I signed the title over to my truck to my sister. She well deserved it so much for what she does for our mother. So I just wanted to say thank you Chicken Express for everything you have done for my sister Laura Ellis. You all are awesome“

“My wife wanted a quick light lunch before driving home.This Dairy Queen was the first place we saw.I got her a hamburger and sweet ice tea.I wanted ice cream cone.I had forgotten how good an ice cream cone is on a hot Saturday.The mailman makes it his lunch spot. Young kids/adults breezed in and out.Nice spot for a quick meal or an ice cream cone...they will dip it in chocolate too.

The manager called to ask about her order, but we didn't realize the mistake, so they threw the order away. Later we figured out that I was supposed to have picked up 2 orders. Alexis (the manager) allowed me to come back and fix a new order.“

“We come to dairy Queen here in Texarkana when we're visiting my wife's family. It's always good. Food is hot and fresh. The crew is focused on their work. It's clean in here.
I had the Hungerbuster JR combo (fries and a medium drink) no onions add mayo/ extra mayo. Good amount of lettuce and tomatoes.

A bit of trivia that you probably didn't know, Dairy Queen's grill food items are different depending on which region of the country you are in. On the west coast the grill menu is different. Yes they had burgers fries and chicken items, but the burgers are very different.
Be careful coming in here when it's been raining outside, the floor is very slippery for some reason. More so than you would expect. I seem to recall it is always that way here every other time we've been here over the years.

“Stopped on the border today Texarkana lunch time wanted some chicken and this place Golden Chick popped up. So glad it did chicken was falling off the bone mac and cheese was hot fire the dinner roll was sweet and soft they had to remake okra but it was no problem they brought us out a fresh order and it was banging.. service was spectacular you ever stop on the border pop thru you won't be disappointed. “Came back home to T-Town and it is so sad to see it so dead and run down but T-Town Arby's is still the best in the four states area. I really wish my kids could have seen Texarkana when it didn't all look so run down it really is so sad.“

“For a Monday at 5pm the food was disgusting, ordered 3 piece chicken and okra and both had a rancid oil taste, Mac n cheese was gummy. The two piece fish was terrible as well, one filet was so thin, it was almost all breading. The 2nd piece looked decent but it so wet inside it was inedible, only one of three hush puppies edible, the other two you couldn’t even bite into them they were so hard. Will not return.“

“Love most of everyone ❤️. They are always helpful. But sometimes it's really slow. Nolan major problem I really have is pulling up to different stalls and a computer being down and it takes about three to four try sometimes even getting the one that works.

Parking: You need to kind of look in where you're pulling in most of the machines are down from time to time so you need to pay attention before you pull in to any other stalls. This is the worst part about it and it's very aggravating because it's usually you can pull into two or three of them before you get to the fourth one and you've got where you can order.

“This was my first time eating here and I can tell you that I will be back! The food was amazing and authentic, flavorful and didn’t leave you with that groggy feeling after you eat. The wife is stern and the husband is super nice but being from the city, if they don’t act like that then the food is not going to be good lol but I’m glad I stopped here to eat because this was a great choice and I’d highly recommend!“

“If you are going here expecting tacobell, you will be disappointed, but as someone who grew up eating it with my now deceased parent, I couldn't be happier. It comes across as slightly bland, which was good for my stage 4 cancer ridden mother, but they have plenty of hot sauce options to liven it up. Also, it is dirt cheap. Not quite 90s cheap, but for today's standards, it is affordable.“

Another 30 to 40 minutes later called again and was told that they didn’t have an order from the phone number provided. Had to place another order after waiting over an hour.“
