“They are very good people. My sister has worked here for so many years. My sister does a lot when she is packing the food into the boxes and everything else. They work with my sister when she has to take time off for my mom who has been in a nursing home and trying to go to appointments with her and dealing with my moms stuff. I even let her use my truck all the time while I was on the road. I appreciate everything my sister has done for my mom and handling everything she has to since our mom has been in the nursing home for a very long time. I asked my sister a year or more ago if she would like to have my truck and she said yes. So just over a week ago after I got it paid off I signed the title over to my truck to my sister. She well deserved it so much for what she does for our mother. So I just wanted to say thank you Chicken Express for everything you have done for my sister Laura Ellis. You all are awesome“

“We come to dairy Queen here in Texarkana when we're visiting my wife's family. It's always good. Food is hot and fresh. The crew is focused on their work. It's clean in here.
I had the Hungerbuster JR combo (fries and a medium drink) no onions add mayo/ extra mayo. Good amount of lettuce and tomatoes.

A bit of trivia that you probably didn't know, Dairy Queen's grill food items are different depending on which region of the country you are in. On the west coast the grill menu is different. Yes they had burgers fries and chicken items, but the burgers are very different.
Be careful coming in here when it's been raining outside, the floor is very slippery for some reason. More so than you would expect. I seem to recall it is always that way here every other time we've been here over the years.

“My wife wanted a quick light lunch before driving home.This Dairy Queen was the first place we saw.I got her a hamburger and sweet ice tea.I wanted ice cream cone.I had forgotten how good an ice cream cone is on a hot Saturday.The mailman makes it his lunch spot. Young kids/adults breezed in and out.Nice spot for a quick meal or an ice cream cone...they will dip it in chocolate too.

This was first time ever trying a sub sandwich from Firehouse and it was by far better than the veggie sandwich at Subway. “Love most of everyone ❤️. They are always helpful. But sometimes it's really slow. Nolan major problem I really have is pulling up to different stalls and a computer being down and it takes about three to four try sometimes even getting the one that works.

Parking: You need to kind of look in where you're pulling in most of the machines are down from time to time so you need to pay attention before you pull in to any other stalls. This is the worst part about it and it's very aggravating because it's usually you can pull into two or three of them before you get to the fourth one and you've got where you can order.

“Multiple times of horrible service. Both take out and delivery. We ordered thru door dash and got a "Family Feast" 16 piece tender meal that came with 2 sides. The 2 sides were individual sides and not a large or family side. Really!!! No biscuits either. In this day of time this was just completely uncalled for and just lack of customer service. Just horrible.“

“For a Monday at 5pm the food was disgusting, ordered 3 piece chicken and okra and both had a rancid oil taste, Mac n cheese was gummy. The two piece fish was terrible as well, one filet was so thin, it was almost all breading. The 2nd piece looked decent but it so wet inside it was inedible, only one of three hush puppies edible, the other two you couldn’t even bite into them they were so hard. Will not return.“

Henrietta and the staff on the evening shift has the best customer service that I have encountered at a fast food restaurant here in texarkana in a very long while. I can diffinaly say that, That keeps me coming back I have been watching them and I haven't been disappointed at all😊. “Ordered delux pizza with extra cheese. Pizza had 1 or 2 pieces of sausage per slice no peparoni and a few extra thin, dried out green peppers on top. Definately no extra cheese. Mainly just crust with sauce. Also was told 20 mins for pick up. When i got there i paid for it and was told to wait a few mins later. Well after another 20 min wait i went back to cashier and asked about my pizza , she pulled it out of a hot server bag so it had been there the whole x. Very disappointed, will not be back“

“Food was good & hot. My order was correct, which is getting to be very rare for the simplest order. Service was alright. Could be better. I mean, I'm sorry someone had an off day and ruined the moods of other workers or whatever, but come on now. I still smile, greet, ask how your day is/was & wish you a great day/night when I leave, with a smile. I don't scrunch up my face & keep that look so everyone knows I'm upset or some jerk was rude 4 hours ago. Let them be, ignore the rudeness, as best as possible.
